TAPS Return To Philly Once Again

To begin Season 4, the team travel to Philadelphia, PA once again, this time to investigate Fort Mifflin. The fort was commissioned in 1771 during the Revolutionary War.

TAPS has a unique opportunity during this investigation - they are invited to be the first to investigate the recently discovered and excavated Casement 11 section. This is where a prisoner was said to have escaped using the pathways in that area.

In this episode, TAPS catch some interesting EVP recordings along with even more interesting Thermal Video footage.

Season 04 - Episode 01

Case #1: Philadelphia, PA - Fort Mifflin

Case Manager: Donna LaCroix

Investigators: Hawes, Wilson, Gonsalves, Tango, Williams

Complaint:
Commissioned in 1771. Fort was leveled during battle, used to house prisoners. Revolutionary War soldiers standing by fireplace in the Casement 5 area. Officer's Quarters, "Elizabeth Pratt", officers wife, killed herself in building over outer railing, seen by many witnesses. Casement 11, newly discovered area, solitary confinement, apparition of soldier convicted and hung for treason.

TAPS Events:
Jason and Grant investigate the Officer's Quarters, and attempt to catch the screams of Elizabeth on EVP. After not getting any response to questioning, they attempt to provoke the entity into responding, Jason says he hears a voice say, "Mommy".

Steve and Tango investigate the Blacksmith Shop, they attempt some EVP work. Jason and Grant investigate the Casement 5 area with the thermal camera. Jason discovers a hot spot on a bench through the thermal camera.

Tango uses the bathroom in the Latrine are while Steve waits outside. Tango says he sees an apparition of legs in the Women's Latrine area, and says it is the experience he has been wanting.

Jason and Grant investigate the Casement 11 area where they are the first ever paranormal researchers to enter the area since it's excavation. Jason immediately sees something, or someone, crawling down the corridor. Jason begins feeling claustrophobic, and exits the area. Grant then takes the lead down into the tight, underground corridor.After reaching the end of the corridor, Grant sees something in the adjacent room moving, and Jason enters around another entrance to investigate and does not see anything in the area.

Jason and Grant then grab Kris from Command Central, and ask her to investigate the corridor alone. She gets a good distance into the tunnels, and after her flashlight starts acting up, she decides that she can go no further into the area.

Steve and Tango investigate the Commandant's Quarters. Steve tells Tango to crawl under an old raised landing full of cobwebs, and offers Tango $60 if he does so. Tango crawls into seep under the landing until a spider ends up crawling on his face, and retreats out. Steve pays him the $60 upon exiting.

Jason and Grant again enter Casement 11, and begin to hear breathing noises - almost like whispering. Then they begin here something scraping inside the walls. Jason hears something moving in the main area of the Casement, he then sees something that looks like a shadow walking towards the entrance where Grant is located. Grant then jumps from being startled, and tells Jason to look into an adjacent room immediately - he says he just saw a face with a beard and blond hair, as he shined a light through a window.

Steve and Tango investigate Casement 11, and Tango begins feeling nervous immediately upon entering. The fear overwhelms Tango, and he leaves the area after about ten minutes.
